Q: How do I provide my engraving details?

A: Personalizing your order is easy! On each product page, you will see a text box (and/or an upload button for logos) specifically for your engraving information. Please enter your text or upload your design file there before adding the item to your cart. Please make sure to enter your text exactly how you want it (correct spelling, and case and punctuation sensitive). 

If you have a complex request or need to send your design file after placing your order, please email it to us at ae.laserengrave@gmail.com with your order number in the subject line, and we will be happy to assist you!

Q: What file formats do you accept for logos?

A: To ensure the highest quality engraving, we prefer high-resolution vector files such as .svg, .ai, .pdf, or .cdr. High resolution bitmap files, such as a high-quality .png, .tif or .jpg (at least 300 DPI) will often work. If we find that your file quality is not sufficient for a clean engraving, we will reach out to you directly to discuss alternative options.

Q: Can I see a mock-up before you engrave?

A: We want you to be completely happy with your custom design! If you would like to see a digital mockup before we begin, please select the "Request a Digital Mock-Up" option during the checkout process. Once selected, we will email your mockup to you within 1–2 business days for your final approval. Please note that we do not begin the engraving process until we have received your confirmation to ensure every detail is exactly as you envisioned.

Q: What is your typical turnaround time?

A: We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship! Most custom orders are processed and ready to ship within 3–5 business days of receiving your final design approval. During peak holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer, and we will update our website accordingly. If you have a strict deadline, please put it in the "Special Instructions" box, and please reach out to us at ae.laserengrave@gmail.com before placing your order so we can do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Q: What is your return/refund policy for personalized items?

A: Because each item is custom-made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personalized products once the engraving process has begun. We highly recommend reviewing your spelling and design choices carefully before submission. If there is an error on our part or if your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to make it right.

Q: Do you offer bulk or corporate discounts?

A: Absolutely! We love working with businesses, wedding parties, and organizations on larger orders. If you are interested in ordering 10 or more items, please contact us at ae.laserengrave@gmail.com with the details of your project—including the item type, quantity, and logo/design—and we will provide you with a custom quote and information on our bulk pricing tiers.

Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx and include tracking information, which will be emailed to you as soon as your package ships. We currently ship within the United States. If you are local to the Colorado area, please contact us regarding potential local pickup options!

Q: What materials can you engrave?

A: We utilize high-precision CO2 laser engraving technology capable of customizing a wide variety of materials, including:

Wood & Bamboo: Solid hardwoods (walnut, maple, cherry, oak), plywood, alder, and bamboo.

Glass & Crystal: Drinkware, wine bottles, glassware, and awards (creates a smooth, frosted finish).

Coated & Anodized Metals: Powder-coated tumblers, anodized aluminum, painted metal items, and metal surfaces treated with specialized laser marking compounds.

Leather & Leatherette: Real leather, suede, and high-quality laser-safe synthetic leather (journals, patches, coasters, and accessories).

Acrylic & Plastics: Cast and extruded acrylics, two-tone acrylic laminates, and laser-safe plastics.

Stone: Slate, marble, granite, and river rock. 

Paper, Cardboard & Fabric: Cardstock, mat board, denim, felt, and natural fabrics.

Note: For safety and machinery integrity, we do not engrave PVC, vinyl, or materials containing chlorine.
