Processing & Production Time

Because each of our items at A&E Engraving is custom-engraved to your specifications, please allow 3-5 business days for us to personalize, engrave, and prepare your order for shipment. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number the moment your order leaves our workshop. 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Free Shipping: We are proud to offer free standard shipping on most orders within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and package weight. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your items. Once your order has been processed, standard shipping typically takes 2–7 business days depending on your location and the carrier selected.

Expedited Shipping & Deadlines We understand that many of our custom pieces are gifts for special occasions. If you need your order by a specific date, please select Expedited Shipping at checkout. Additionally, please include your "need-by" date in the Special Instructions field during the checkout process.

While we cannot guarantee shipping carrier delivery times, letting us know your deadline allows us to prioritize your engraving in our production queue to get it out the door as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that expedited shipping shortens the time your package spends in transit, but does not always shorten our standard production time.

Order Tracking As soon as your package ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order’s journey to your door.
