Thank you for visiting and shopping at A & E Engraving!

Processing Time Because all of our items are custom-made and personalized specifically for you, please allow 3–5 business days for production and laser engraving before your order ships. If you've requested a digital mock-up please allow an additional 1-2 days. Please note, that we must receive approval on your mockup to move forward with production.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Delivery times typically range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected.

Local Pickup We also offer free local pickup in Brighton, Colorado! If you select local pickup at checkout, we will notify you when your order is ready and provide pickup details.

Damaged or Lost Shipments We carefully package all items to ensure they arrive safely. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at ae.laserengrave@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can make it right.
